RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns on non costumized items, a notice should be done within 1 week of receiving the product. The product should be in brand new conditions with no sight of use and the shipping cost go on behalf of the client. To avoid returns, we encourage our constumers to verify the specification sheet, and if requiered with the purchase of a costumized item request a sample at time of purchase to avoid textile mistakes.

Shipping takes within 3-10 days if item is in stock at warehouse, if not please allow 3 - 8 weeks, to get your item shipped to our warehouse where we will check quality and after being approved we will ship it to you.
